    British minicar maker Microcab company said on June 25 the company has ordered ten Danish company Serenergy 3 kW hydrogen power system for development of hydrogen fuel cell generation of hybrid vehicles.

    It is reported that Serenergy initial offer Microcab a module system. The system module contains the fuel cell, control systems and for the survey on hybrid batteries and electrical circuit conditioning training. The Microcab initially produce eight vehicles in support of the Coventry University next period of 12 months’ pilot project of ultra-low emission vehicle. ”

    Serenergy said to be the only manufacturer of high temperature PEM technology, and applied to European society of fuel cells. According to reports, the technology allows cars to a wider range of temperature, using less pure system of hydrogen fuel battery to improve the overall energy consumption.

    Microcab hopes to combine fuel cell hybrid car technology with minicar technology to develop a suitable light transport for urban and rural areas.
